THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently on the lookout for a Technical Lead to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge intelligent solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Articulating technical decisions and solutions to both onshore and offshore teams
- Designing and documenting software solutions
- Ensuring engineering principles and related processes are adhered to
- Creating project estimates
- Mentoring and grooming team members
- Providing constructive feedback to team members via code, design, and architectural reviews
- Represent the team in onshore-offshore discussions
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience developing production enterprise applications
- 1+ years of experience providing guidance to a team
- Familiarity with software development standards, design patterns and its application
- Full-stack experience with web-based technologies and concepts such as RESTful APIs, microservices, React/Angular, Node.js, Java, Spring, Python, HTML5
- 2+ years of experience working in a Cloud environment (Preferably AWS & GCP) including serverless offerings
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker
- Exposure to DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and source versioning tools
- A proficient understanding of agile processes
- Experience in Unit testing and related technologies
- The ability to quickly learn new and existing technologies
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, communication skills and the ability to exercise mature judgment
